How to process telephonic order on POS ?
- Customer calls the restaurant for a pickup/delivery order POS operator attends the call and starts placing the order using the below steps,
Step 1 : Select the price category Delivery , a Delivery order pop - up asking customer detail will appear.
Step 2 : Add customer, For existing customer use Search **option and for new customer enter their **Name, Number **and click **Create.
Step 3 : Select the order type Delivery **or **Pickup.
Step 4 : If delivery kindly Add **customer address, **Save **it and Click **Continue.
Step 5 : Add **items to the cart and click **Save
Step 6 : The order will be received in Online order tab which will be indicated by an notification sound. **Accept **the order and process it.
Step 7 : **Assign **the delivery person and **Dispatch **the order for delivery.
Step 8 : After delivering the order mark it as complete.
