How to activate Posbytz Accounting?
Login to the Posbytz Admin, Install and enable Posbytz Accounting.
Navigation: POS Admin (Backend) → Accounts & Settings → Settings → Integrations → Accounting → Posbytz Accounting
Dashboard has the overall consolidated accounting data. The dashboard contains the following information:
Income And Expense
Chart of Accounts
The Chart of Accounts includes different classes of accounting and their corresponding subtypes.
There are 44 pre-defined charts available, but custom charts can also be created.
To map the flow, follow the below steps
Step 1: In the Account Mapping, click create Account Mapping
Step 2: Select the Type of the Account
Step 3: Select the Account Type
The mapped field will be recorded and displayed in the reports
To create Expenses, follow the below steps
Step 1: In the Expenses, click create New Expense
Step 2: Input the details in the dialogue box
Multiple expenses can be created by clicking Add Expense in the dialogue box
Report section provide a detailed analysis of the company's financial performance. The Reports contains the following information:
