Backend

1. Printer Labels

Custom Font Provision for Printer Labels

We’ve introduced a new feature that allows merchants to customize the font size in the text section of printer labels. This enhancement enables users to create labels with varying font sizes and alignments, providing better control over label appearance and meeting specific customization needs.

Navigation : POS Admin (Backend) → Items → Printer Labels → Create Printer Label → in Text Field : Font size = "custom"

This printer label with custom font size feature will help merchants print product names in larger sizes, making them suitable for showcasing.

2. Download/ Export files

Provision to capture received dates in the Batch Export sheet

You can now view the received dates of batches in the batch Excel sheet that you download from the Download/Export options.

When you create a new batch using the GRN, the GRN completed date will be automatically captured as the 'Received Date' in the "Batch export sheet."

Navigation : Admin → Download/Export files → Export File → Select Batch and location → Click Export File and Download.

POS Application

1. Windows Complete

Enhanced Shift Summary for Cloud Kitchens

This enhancement to the Shift Summary is specifically designed for cloud kitchens operating with a parent-child account structure.

Navigation : POS Frontend → Reports → Tile (Merchant sales)

The updated feature now displays the following details on parent account:

Merchant: Identifies the respective account (parent or child) contributing to the sales.
Sales: Total sales recorded for the period.
Refunds: Amount refunded during the shift.
Net Total: Sales after accounting for refunds.

2. Windows Complete / POS Billing App

Sales Order Management for Multi POS Terminals

With this update, orders placed on one device will now automatically appear on the other connected POS devices in the same location. This makes it easier to manage orders across multiple systems.

For Example, When POS terminals A, B, and C are connected on the same network within a location via token number system concept, any order placed on POS A is synchronized with terminals B and C and vice versa. This allow cashiers or attendants from B & C terminals to complete, refund, or cancel orders from their POS.

To configure Token Number System, please click this attached tutorial- Token Number System

Orders can only be edited on the device where they were created. Editing is not possible from the other connected device.

Supported Versions :
Windows complete : Version 4.1.21 or Above
IOS/Android Billing app : Version 2.0 or Above
