We are excited to announce that we have implemented new features and made improvements to existing ones in our PosBytz Software. These changes are designed to enhance your experience and make managing your business even easier. Here are the highlights of the latest update:

1. Item Variation Attributes Export option



We have added an export option for item variation attributes, which will allow you to download your item variation attribute data in CSV format. This feature will save you time and make it easier for you to manage the item variation attribute data.

Navigation: POS Admin (Backend) → Download/Export Files → Export



2. Order cancellation Enhancements



We have made enhancements to our cancellation process to help merchants better manage their cancelled orders. With these enhancements, you will now have access to more detailed order cancellation data and a new filter in the online orders tab.

Previously, all cancelled orders were displayed as "Order cancelled by Swiggy" or "Order cancelled due to timeout" on the PosBytz Backend, which caused some confusion for merchants. To address this issue, we have included a new filter in the online orders tab that allows you to filter and view cancelled order data based on whether the order was cancelled at the placed stage, ready stage, dispatched stage, or due to a timeout.

We believe that this will help you to better manage your cancelled orders and streamline your processes. By having access to more detailed cancellation data and being able to filter this data based on specific stages of the order, you can more easily identify patterns and make informed decisions to improve your operations.

Navigation: POS Admin (Backend) → Sales → Online Orders → More Filters → Last Cancellation Status



3. Location wise report in Daily Consolidation Email



We have added a new feature that allows you to receive location-wise reports in daily consolidation emails. This feature will help you to better manage your operations at each location and make more informed decisions for your business. The report will provide detailed information on sales, orders, and inventory at each location.

4. Waiter name field in KOT item report



We have included a new field in the KOT item report and CSV file that displays the waiter name. This feature will help you to better manage your orders and improve your customer service by keeping track of which waiter served which table.

Navigation: POS Admin (Backend) → Reports → KOT Items → Click the Completed/Cancelled Items



5. Order Status filter in customer field



We have added a new filter option that allows you to check your customer's transactions based on their order status. This feature will help you to quickly and easily track the status of your customer's orders, allowing you to provide better customer service and improve your business operations.

Navigation : POS Admin -->Customers --> Select Customer --> Transactions
