We are excited to announce that we have implemented new features and made improvements to existing ones in our PosBytz Software. This release includes a number of new features, improvements and bug fixes, all designed to enhance your experience with our application. Here are the highlights of the new features:

1. Self Service Kiosk



We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new feature for our Self Service Kiosk solution, which is intended to transform the restaurant dining experience. This upgrade gives clients the ability to simply place orders without having to wait in a big queue, with integrated hassle-free online payment.

2. Caller ID ordering



With this new feature, when a customer calls your store to place a delivery or pickup order, you can now conveniently handle the order directly within your POS.

Ex, When a customer calls your store to place a delivery or pickup order, you can place the order in POS and assign a delivery person.

3. GRN Enhancement



We have enhanced the GRN work flow. Previously, only with purchase orders multiples batches can be created. Now, batches can be ceated with GRN also.

Navigation: POS Backend → Inventory Management → GRN

4. Purchase order enhancement



Now we have given an option to create item at the time of creating purchase order

Navigation: POS Backend → Inventory Management → Purchase Order



5. Online platform On/OFF in POS



Now we have given a provision to turn on/off your Online Platforms

Navigation: POSFrontend → Settings → Online Platform



6. Brand wise reports



Now we can configure the brands in items. The Brands has seperate reports in both frontend and backend. The brand report ill print in shift summary also.

7. Payment method update for delivery orders



In the delivery app, we've added a new option for changing the payment method. During delivery, the customer can change their payment method. Updating of payment method in delivery app will be approved on the POS when completing the order.
