WooCommerce Integration

Setup & Configuration

To integrate WooCommerce , we need to do authorization.

Navigation: POS Backend → Accounts & Settings → Integrations → Online Store → WooCommerce → Install → Enter the Shop URL, Client ID & Client secret key → Save

Where to get Client ID & Client secret key?

Navigation: WooCommerce Backend → WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Rest API

Enter Description **(same as shop name this instance POS Kart) and Select **Permission as read/write.

Click Generate API key.

Copy the Consumer key (Client ID) and Consumer Secret (Client Secret).

Data Sync from WooCommerce

Navigation: POS Backend → Accounts & Settings → Integrations → Online Store → WooCommerce → Sync

Item Synced

Inventory Synced

Stock update from WooCommerce

Navigation: WooCommerce Backend → ATUM Inventory → Purchase Orders → Add New PO

Enter the required purchase order details.

Add items, enter the quantity received and Click Save.

Stock received in WooCommerce

Perform sync in PosBytz account for stock update.

Navigation: POS Backend → Accounts & Settings → Integrations → Online Store → WooCommerce → Sync

Stock updated in PosBytz account

Sales

Make a sale in POS frontend.

POS sale got captured into WooCommerce.

Inventory of those sale are reduced accordingly in WooCommerce.

Refund

Process refund in POS frontend.

Refund captured in WooCommerce
