Sales Transaction

Sales transactions are listed and can be filtered based on the filters available. Under "Actions", options available to view, delete and save as PDF.

Navigation: Pos Backend → Sales → Transactions

Note: Transaction cannot be deleted during open shift in POS.

Refund

Refund can also be performed through backend. Enter the quantity of items to be refunded and always select a reason for refund.


Note: Refund performed through backend does not reflect on POS.
