Online Orders – Overview

The Online Orders module allows merchants to view, track, and manage all online orders received through integrated platforms. It provides visibility into order status, customer details, payment methods, and complete order breakdowns.

Online Orders List Page

Purpose

This page displays a summary list of all online orders for the selected filters, helping users quickly track order status and key details.

The Online Orders list displays comprehensive information for each order in a single view, including the order status (such as Confirmed, Completed, or Cancelled), detailed order information like order number, invoice number, aggregator order ID, and customer details, along with item details showing the number of items and total quantity ordered.

It also indicates the outlet location where the order was placed, the payment method used (such as Pay at Counter or COD), the total order amount, and the order creation date and time. The Actions column provides additional options to view or manage the order based on its current status.

Online Order Details Page

Purpose

This page provides a complete breakdown of a specific online order, including items, taxes, customer information, delivery, and payment details.

The Order Details page is organized into multiple tabs to provide complete visibility into an online order. The Order Details tab displays item-level information, including item name, price, quantity, subtotal, additional charges, and the final total amount.

Tax Split Up Details

The Tax Split Up Details tab shows a detailed breakdown of taxes applied to the order.

Customer Details

The Customer Details tab contains customer information such as name and contact number.

Timeline Details

The Timeline Details tab presents the chronological status flow of the order, helping users track each stage of the order lifecycle.

Delivery Detail

The Delivery Detail tab provides delivery-related information.

Payment Detail

The Payment Detail tab displays payment method, payment status, and transaction details for the order.

Order Cancellation

POS store orders can be cancelled and always select a reason for cancellation.
