How to process telephonic order on POS ?
Customer calls the restaurant for a pickup/delivery order POS operator attends the call and starts placing the order using the below steps,
Step 1 : Select the price category Delivery , a Delivery order pop - up asking customer detail will appear.
Step 2 : Add customer, For existing customer use Search option and for new customer enter their Name, Number and click Create.
Step 3 : Select the order type Delivery or Pickup.
Step 4 : If delivery kindly Add customer address, Save it and Click Continue.
Step 5 : Add items to the cart and click Save
Step 6 : The order will be received in Online order tab which will be indicated by an notification sound. Accept the order and process it.
Step 7 : Assign the delivery person and Dispatch the order for delivery.
Step 8 : After delivering the order mark it as complete.
