Enable the Track Inventory against the item

Zero Stocks Restrictions - On confirming an order, if the stock qty is zero. The Insufficient stock pop-up displays listing the out of stock items.

Offline Sale Restrictions - Sale cannot be punched, if the POS billing device goes offline.

Zero Quantity Sale Restriction Enhancement

Option to remove insufficient stock items entry from the cart.
Insufficient stock items will be highlighted with the available quantity on the cart.

POS Auto Sync

Whenever there is a change in item information like item name or price change against the batch or new stock received through purchase order. The recent updated item details will be automatically sent to the POS. To enable this feature kindly follow the navigation given and do "Merchant Sync" on POS.

Navigation: POS Admin (Backend) → Accounts & Settings → Settings → POS Settings → Auto Sync

If there is any change in item information after adding it to the cart, the new changes will not reflect on the cart. For example, Cheetos Chips is already added to the cart with selling price of $4 and then the selling price in the backend is changed to $5. Since the Cheetos Chips is already added in the cart the new price of $5 will not reflect on the cart. You will have to remove the item and add again for the new price to reflect.

Note: This feature is available only on Windows POS Complete v3.8.39
