ZATCA Integration - Disclaimer

Below are the points that need to be properly followed and verified after the ZATCA integration is completed,

Make sure all the items are associated with the necessary tax components. Say VAT 15% , exclusive or inclusive correctly mapped. As once the transactions are synced we won't be edit or update the transactions.

Not possible to edit or alter invoices after the invoices are raised from PosBytz.

All invoices will be synced to ZATCA Fatoorah portal automatically.

All invoices raised should be synced to ZATCA Fatoorah portal on the same created date. Else the invoice will not be synced and would be failed. So please make sure the POS and billing system is all online connected to internet.

Always check the status of the invoices synced in PosBytz Dashboard and take necessary actions accordingly. Failing to rectify the errors and issues will be eligible for action from ZATCA and can also may lead to penalties.

In-case an invoice needs to be edited or changed. We recommend to cancel/void the invoice and raising a new invoice.

Always check for all the requirements from ZATCA for any changes for invoicing.
