Implemented online availability filters on the stock page.

We have introduced a new option in the stock page that allows us to view only the online availability status (On/Off) of items by using online availability filter.

Delivery Agent Report

We have introduced a new report that allows you to view the number of orders delivered by each delivery agent, along with the total order value. Additionally, the report provides a breakdown of the order values based on the payment methods used.

Windows Complete

Multiple Contact Numbers Support on Receipts

Earlier, users could add only one phone number for a location. With this update, you can now add multiple alternative phone numbers. Once enabled in the settings, these numbers will be printed on the receipt.

Credit Order Receipt Header Customization

Earlier, when a credit order was placed, the receipt header was shown as “Advance Receipt” and could not be edited. With this update, you can now customize the advance order receipt header.

ZATCA QR Code Size Customization for Saudi Merchants

Earlier, for all Saudi merchants integrated with ZATCA Phase 2, the ZATCA QR code was printed on the receipt with a fixed size that could not be edited. With this update, users can now adjust the ZATCA QR code size, choosing from five different levels.

Accounting

Recreate Previous Bills in Accounting

We have introduced a new feature in Accounting that allows you to recreate a previously created bill on the current date, exactly as it was.

Update on Accounting Resync for Missing Orders

We have introduced a new feature that allows you to resync an order that was not pushed to Accounting. By clicking Resync, the order details will be directly reflected in the Accounting module.

Billing

Weighing Machine QR Integration Enabled in iOS Billing

We have introduced a new feature for merchants using weighing machines that generate receipts with QR codes. With this update, if the item has the same barcode configured in the POS, scanning the weighing machine’s QR code receipt will automatically add the item to the cart in the POS. This enhancement improves speed, accuracy, and efficiency for weight-based item billing.

For example, as shown in the attached image, we receive a QR code from the SA weighing machine, and scanning it automatically adds the items to the cart.

Item Search Dropdown Feature Introduced in iOS Billing

We have introduced a new feature in the iOS Billing application. Show Item Search Dropdown helps you find items faster by displaying relevant items in a dropdown while you search, making it easier to select the required item.

Menu Sorting Feature Introduced

We have introduced a new feature that allows you to sort the menu either in alphabetical order or based on the desired position.

Price Category & Delivery Person Filters in Sales Tab

We have introduced two new filter options under the Sales tab. You can now filter sales orders by price category and delivery person, making it easier to view and manage orders more efficiently.

Android Billing - Sunmi Devices

Cash Drawer Integration on Sunmi Devices

We have integrated cash drawer functionality into our Android Billing application for Sunmi devices. With this enhancement, the cash drawer will automatically open during cash transactions, ensuring smoother and more efficient billing operations.
