We have implemented the following features in our PosBytz Windows Complete.

KOT Cancellation Reason
Transfer order items Export
Location details Export

Note : To reflect the changes in Windows complete, please update the application to the latest version 3.8.44

Application update will happen automatically during clock out.

KOT Cancellation Reason

While cancelling the item from the table, KOT Cancellation pop-up will appear to record the cancellation reason.



The KOT Cancellation reason will be shown in the POS Backend Report.

POS Backend → Reports → KOT Items → Click to view the cancellation reason.





We can download the KOT cancellation report in CSV format.

Transfer order items Export

Now, we can download the transfer order items in CSV format.

Location details Export

Now, we can download the location details in CSV format.
