Application update will happen automatically during clock out.

Custom Charges Auto-apply

Previously, charges are applied manually. Now, Charges are applied automatically when you enable "Apply automatically"

Once you have created the custom charges, please do force sync in POS front-end. You can see the charges applied automatically while billing.

Token number Auto- Reset based on the business hours

To set the business hours, Please check the below

POS Backend → Account & Settings → Settings → Business Profile → Business Hours → Configure the timings → Save

Consider that we have set the business hours to 08:00 AM. To 10:00 PM. The token number will automatically reset to #1 at 07:59 AM every day.

Pending Table / Online orders transferred to Next shift

In case of multiple billing sessions, consider the first-shift worker who finishes his shift at 3 PM, has some pending table and online orders in POS. In this scenario, first-shift worker cannot clock-out current shift and second-shift worker is forced to continue the current shift. To avoid this situation, we have implemented the feature where the pending orders are transferred to next shift.

To configure this flow, enable the Transfer pending Order to Next Shift on POS Admin. Please do force sync in POS Frontend.

POS Admin (Backend) → Accounts & Settings → Settings → POS Settings → Enable Transfer pending Order to Next Shift

While closing the shift, a pop-up will appear to transfer the orders to the next shift.
