### What is Posbytz Accounting?

### How to activate Posbytz Accounting?

 Login to the Posbytz Admin, Install and enable Posbytz Accounting.

*Navigation: POS Admin (Backend)  → Accounts & Settings → Settings → Integrations → Accounting → Posbytz Accounting*

# Accounting

### Dashboard


Dashboard has the overall consolidated accounting data. The dashboard contains the following information:

* Total Receiveable
* Total Payable
* Cash Flow
* Income And Expense

### Chart of Accounts

The Chart of Accounts includes different classes of accounting and their corresponding subtypes. 

There are 44 pre-defined charts available, but custom charts can also be created.

### Account Mapping

To map the flow, follow the below steps

**Step 1:** In the Account Mapping, click create Account Mapping

**Step 2:** Select the Type of the Account

**Step 3:** Select the Account Type

|| The mapped field will be recorded and displayed in the reports

### Expenses

To create Expenses, follow the below steps

**Step 1:** In the Expenses, click create New Expense

**Step 2:** Input the details in the dialogue box

|| Multiple expenses can be created by clicking Add Expense in the dialogue box

### Reports


Report section provide a detailed analysis of the company's financial performance. The Reports contains the following information:

* Profit & Loss
* Balance Sheet
* Account Transactions
* Day Book
* General Ledger
* Trail Balance
