What is Multi Employee KIOSK:



The Multi-Employee Kiosk allows store employees to switch to their user and perform sales transactions without ending the shift. It records the sales completed by each employee during their shift, ensuring accurate tracking. When the shift is closed, the store manager can easily review all the sales made by employees, providing a clear record of performance throughout the shift.

Navigation to enable the Multi Employee KIOSK ------> ADMIN-----> Accounts & Settings -----> POS Settings-----> Enable Multi Employee KIOSK


Once the Multi Employee KIOSK is enabled 4 digit passcode (From Employee settings) will be used to clock in and switch the users.

Employees can easily switch between each other by selecting the employee name displayed in the top right corner of the frontend POS device.



Once you click on your employee name displayed in the top right corner of the frontend POS device, you can switch to your user profile by entering your 4-digit passcode. After logging in, you can begin processing sales. Once you finish a sale and the system enters an idle state, it will automatically switch back to the passcode entry page. This ensures that no confusion occurs between employees and maintains smooth transitions for new sales.



This ideal clock out setting and time can be set in our ADMIN login where we have enabled the Multi Employee KIOSK provision.


Employee sales details can be viewed in the Employee Sales Report under the Reports tab. Each sale is accurately captured and associated with the employee who completed it.
Additionally, sales data is recorded in the Shift Summary, which can be accessed from backend(ADMIN) from Employee ----> Activity section.
