Kitchen Order Cancellation

Cancelling the items from a table order will prompt for OTP. OTP is available on Posbytz Merchant App. If you are using the older version, kindly update the Posbytz Merchant App from the Play Store/Apple Store.

Login and choose the location.
Navigate to Main Menu --> Authenticator. You can find the OTP here and a new OTP is generated every 30 seconds.
