Order Level Discount: * **Fixed Discount** (E.g: Buy for $1000 and Get $100 Off) * **Percentage Discount** (E.g: Buy for $1000 and Get 10% Off) * **Order to Item-level Discount** (E.g: Buy for $500 and Get Hershey's Chocolate Free) ### 2. Item Level Discount: * **Fixed Discount** (E.g: Buy 2 Coke Cola and Get $5 Off) * **Percentage Discount** (E.g: Buy 5 Cheetos Crunchy and Get 5% Off) & (Eg: Buy 1 Burger and Get 20% Off On second burger) * **Item to item level Discount** (E.g: Buy 1 and Get 1 free) ### 3. Category level Discount * **Fixed Discount** (E.g: Buy Any 1 item in Fruits Category and Get $1 Off) * **Percentage Discount** (E.g: Buy Any 1 item in Male Grooming Category and Get 5% Off) * **Category to Item-level Discount** (E.g: Buy Any one item in Chocolates Category and Get 1 Hershey's Free) 1. The Create Discount pop-up opens, fill in the necessary fields, and save. * **Name**: Name of the discount (Mandatory field). * **Code**: Self created coupon code which can be used to avail the discount at online store. * **Locations**: Select the location(s) at which the discount has to be active (Mandatory field). * **Valid from**: Select the Start date of the discount. * **Expires on**: Select the End date of the discount. * **Days**: Select the days(Mon-Sun) on which the discount should be active. If left empty the discount will be active on all days. * **Is TOTP Required**: Discount is accessible only by entering the OTP available in Posbytz Merchant App. * **Is Online**: Enables the discount at online store as well. * **Apply automatically**: Triggers the discount automatically when the buy criteria is met. * **Buy Criteria**: Set the buy criteria (Order level, Item Level and Category). * **Get Criteria**: Set the get criteria (Item Level and Subtotal Level) ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/9ae720b538edc000/screenshot-2022-10-11-155645_mnyycf.png) #
